If you accidentally left something in a vehicle, there are two ways to get in touch with your driver:

1. Using the app

Navigate to the “Ride History” section in the app, locate the ride, and tap “Find Lost Item.


2. Using your email receipt

At the bottom of the email receipt, click the “Find lost item” button to report a missing item. You will be taken to another page to provide a few details about the missing item. We also need a phone number where you can be reached.

Once you’ve submitted these details, your driver will receive a text message letting them know an item may have been lost during the ride.

Whether you report your lost item through the app or the receipt, drivers will attempt to contact you directly using the phone number provided. Feel free to make arrangements to meet and retrieve the lost item. If you’re unable to meet them, the driver will contact us to have the item shipped directly to you!

What if I don’t have access to my ride receipt or details?

Not to worry! If you don’t have access to your ride receipt or details, simply contact us and include the following:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Driver name or time and date of ride
  • Description of the lost item
  • Permission to pass along your contact info
