How will I be notified about a damage fee?

Our team will send an email before the damage fee is applied to your credit card. This email will provide info about the ride as well as photos of the damages. You will receive an updated receipt once the damage fee has been charged. You can also check out details in the ride history section of the app. Any damage fees incurred will display under that ride.
